About the Chatbot
Brandflow develops and manages an AI chatbot system designed to help businesses like ÉLÉVATIONE, Iconique, and Reverie provide automated, intelligent responses via Facebook Messenger.
The chatbot stores message history from customer interactions to improve future conversations. It is available exclusively to Brandflow and its official connections.
Open CRM System
In addition to our chatbot services, Brandflow offers a CRM system that is available to all users — including those not affiliated with Brandflow. Our CRM allows users to securely connect and manage their Facebook pages for customer interactions.
Test the Chatbot (Development Mode)
Currently, the chatbot is in development mode. To test:
- Go to: ÉLÉVATIONE Aesthetic Center on Facebook
- Click the Message button.
- Send any message and wait for the AI chatbot to respond.
Brandflow Ownership
This AI system is owned by Brandflow. Only Brandflow and its official connections — Elevatione Philippines, Iconique Philippines, and Reverie — are authorized to use the chatbot services. The CRM system is open to all users.
